After your cheek dermal filler treatment, temporary swelling or mild bruising is completely normal and may last up to two weeks. Allowing adequate downtime supports optimal healing and reduces inflammation. Applying ice gently to the area can help ease swelling and enhance comfort while you recover.
You’ll begin to notice changes soon after your cheek enhancement, with full results appearing within two weeks. This treatment typically lasts 12–18 months as the filler gradually integrates and naturally breaks down, allowing your cheeks to return gently to their original state over time.
To protect your cheek filler results, we recommend avoiding the following for at least 24 hours: alcohol, smoking, strenuous exercise, direct heat to the treated area, and any pressure or facial massage.
